Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pdf-mcp ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of our PDF generation API, MCP server, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

To use our Services, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. We use magic link authentication—no password is required. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
- Ensuring your email address remains valid and accessible
Account Requirements

- Be at least 16 years of age to create an account
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Not create multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing free credits or circumventing restrictions
- Not share your API keys with unauthorized third parties
Credit System and Payment
How Credits Work
Our Services operate on a prepaid credit system:
- Credit Usage
- Approximately 1 credit is consumed per PDF page generated. Complex operations (merging, extraction) may consume additional credits based on document complexity.
- Free Credits Coupon
- New accounts receive a 100 free credits coupon upon account creation. Free credits are provided on a one-time basis and cannot be replenished.
- Credit Purchases
- Additional credits may be purchased through our dashboard. All credit purchases are non-refundable once the credits have been added to your account.
- Credit Validity
- Credits are tied to your account and are forfeited upon account termination.
Payment Terms
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to:
- Pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases
- Provide valid payment information
- Authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchases
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect credits already purchased.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our prepaid credit system:
- Unused credits are non-refundable
- Failed transactions will be fully refunded to your original payment method
- Service errors that consume credits without producing output may be credited back at our discretion
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us at support@pdf-mcp.io within 30 days of the charge.
